Hi,
I have to made the payment to NATIONAL REMOTE SENSING CENTRE for Rs. 8.00 lacs. please let me know whether TDs in applicable on the payment or not. if yes i which section i have to deduct.

In my view TDS should be deducted u/s 194J @10%.
