Dear Sir,
We have a foreign currency account in Zimbabwe , we want to pay to the creditors of Zimbabwe in Zimbabwe from our local account in Zimbabwe for their services.
will it attract TDS/WHT. Pls confirm.

If their sevices rendered in Zimbabwe Zimbabwe TDS applicable and Indian TDS not applicable
