Tds on listing fees paid to retail store

Whether tds is to be deducted on fees paid to retail store for keeping their products in the store as in case of Mark and spencers, reliance, big bazar etc??

In case of tds fees means the professional fees chargeable to tds under section 194j but the above kind of fees is not in the same nature so it can not be deduct.
