Recently, our company has joined a employee as internsship,His Income 15000 Per Month TDS is applicable or not , if yes pls tell me the rate of TDS

Treat it as salary and TDS applicable u/s 192. Calculate this year's payment workout the tax and deduct it monthly based on available months.
