ONE OF MY CLIENT HAS TO MAKE PAYMENT TO A COMPANY IN CHILE IN RESPECT OF FRIEGHT CHARGES. AS FAR AS MY KNOWLEDGE IS CONSIDERED INDIA DOES NOT HAVE DTAA WITH CHILE. AS PER INFORMATION THEY DO NOT HAVE PE IN INDIA.

No TDS applicable if freight charges relate to transportation out side India.
