hi,
we are a private limited company as we are a computer training center provide Computer courses like SAS,etc.my question is supposed we purchased Books ( Coursware/Royalty ) and the party not leavy VAT and CST et. on it.can tds would be deducted on that if so then what would be rate and in which section please explain and also provide notification in ragarding that...
