Please give openion on TDS deducted by bank after death of a person on fixed deposit made . Who can file return after death ?
. If deducted is it correct or not?
. How can the TDS deducted can be reffund from Department?

TDS will be deducted even if payment is made to the legal representative of the person.
Section 159 casts liability on such person to file the return in the capacity of legal representative.
