25 February 2014 DEAR SIR,
OUR CLIENT HAS FILED I TAX RETURN FOR AY 2008-09 BUT TDS WAS CLAIMED FOR LESS AMOUNT BECAUSE OF TDS CERTIFICATES WERE NOT AVAILABLE THAT TIME.NOW TDS IN 26 AS IS MORE THAN AMOUNT CLAIMED. CAN WE CLAIMED REFUND FOR THAT.PLS GUIDE.
