Tds non deduction of transpoter

31 May 2013 There is no deduction of TDS if Transporter have pan no. i know but it is necessary for given the gross amount paid details represent in to quarterly return filling where i have not deduct the TDS...?

31 May 2013 Yes you have to provide the details of payment made to transporters in your quarterly TDS return.

31 May 2013 Yes,

Nil tds on transporters but details to be provided in tds returns ,as per ammended incometax rules 31A vide notification 16/2011 dated 29/03/2011
