TDS Late Filing FEE 234E Still Applicable or not ? what changes in 234E from 01.06.2015 & before 01.06.2015? We want to pay 234E or not for previous years? Kindly explain briefly..

Late filing fee 234E still applicable. No change Before or after 01-06-2015. Pay for current as well as previous years. Courts upheld the validity of levy.
