Kindly tell me is the date which was 31st march to make payment of TDS (Deducted from april to feb 10)extented ?
In new circular I heard that it is up to 7th April 2010

yes,
finance bill 2010 amend the sec 40(a)(ia) in which provide the date for payment of tds up to the due date of filling the ITR. if in above time deposited ded'n allowed
