05 July 2010 What are the criteria for Late Deposition of TDS? i want to know exact interest rate for this.

05 July 2010 presently interest on TDS late deposit is 1.50 % per month from the date of deduction to date of payment

05 July 2010 Please tell me that if i have to calculate Interest from when i have to start from the date of Deduction or on last date It mean if i deduct tds as on 31.03.2010 and deposition as on today so for how much month i have to calculate for interest

05 July 2010 In act it is provided from the date of deductin only.if you deducted 31.3.2010,presently you want to pay now you need to pay 6% ( 4 months x 1.50)
