30 December 2010 hHow to adjust if tds certiicate received in previous financial year and the amount (Billed amount less tds deducted ) is received in current year then how to calculate service tax. assume tds is deductedu/s 194J.

Service tax relatable to TDS shall be fasten during the previous financial year. The same shall be arrived by way of back calculation.
