29 October 2009 My companies is carrying huge losses to carried forward. So I wanted exemption from TDS on my business income. How to get it.............. My business income is Studio rental and TV Serials. How I can approch the Tax Department and get the exemption.

29 October 2009 Update the the IT returns, and file form 13 for no deduction of tax. The above answer is on the presumption that TDS in your case is from rent and professional/technical fees.

29 October 2009 In Form No. 13 I have to mention the name of the Assessee who pay rent. Every time a new Assesse come for rent I have to submit Form No. 13.
How can I get TDS exemption for full Financial Year for new Assessee whose names we have not mentioned into Form No. 13.

29 October 2009 Can we get TDS exemption in the name of the company so that who ever pays for our services dont have deduct tax on presentation of TDS exemption certificate.
