Tds doubt

10 September 2012 There is a building for which rent is Rs.25000 per month.For the whole year it is Rs.300000.
However there are 4 owners for same building (a,b,c,d).Company is paying Rs.6250 per month to each of them.
Whether TDS applicable in this case?????
