In case client is receiving Bill /Invoice along with both VAT Tax & Service Tax from the Deductee then whether TDS is to be deducted from Gross Ammount ie inclusive of Both VAT & ST or Net Ammount i.e. exclusive of both VAT/ST.

TDS will be deducted on Gross Amount i.e. amount inclusive of taxes.
