TDS DEDUCTION ON GST PORTION

We are a civil contractor company, we have some schools as our parties when we raise invoice on them they deduct tds on gst portion also which results in difference in Sales as per GST and as per Income Tax. what is the solution.

Ask them not to deduct TDS on GST.
Pass GST through your p and l.
Your turnover include GST.

Then we have to pay gst on increase turnover if show turnover including gst.

No need to pay GST on increase in turnover as the increase is due to GST.
