Tds deducted in excess on provisions and paid

15 November 2017 I have deducted TDS on Provisions for my utility bill on 31st Oct 17 and paid the TDS on 3rd Nov 17. Now I have received the actual bill dated 11/11/2017 from my landlord for Utility which is lesser than than Provisions made. Can I adjust the excess TDS deducted to my next month Bill and make the payment to government. Kindly advise
