Tds deducted for minor

02 October 2017 Sir,
tds has been deducted for a minor for fd bank deposit and the same is reflected in his 26AS. his father and mother both does not have a taxable income. what is the procedure for claiming the refund deducted. how to file his return of income.pl do reply

02 October 2017 In case it's minor account then the account having a Nominee...!

02 October 2017 Minor has to file Income tax return and to claim the TDS in the said return. Father has to sign the ITR as a representative assessee {section 160(1)(ii) of the IT Act,1961}.
