Is there any changes in the filling / submitting date of TDS challan and TDS return form March 2011

03 April 2011 The last date for payment of TDS deducted during the entire month of March is 30th April. The due date for filing TDS return for quarter 4 is 15th May.

21 April 2011 Yes the TDS rule for March month has been changed. Now the deductor is required to pay the whole deduction of TDS for march month by 30 April.

Moreover e-TDS for 4th Qtr is required to file May 15.
