Can an employee gets the TDS deducted from his salary as refund even though the employer deposits the TDS amount after quite delay ? (eg . TDS for the month of March deposited in sep. can he claim the refund?) any circular/notification?

Yes an employee can get the TDS deducted from his salary as refund even though the employer deposits the TDS amount after quite delay, provided the employer files the TDS return quoting the correct PAN no of the employee.
