respected sir,
Do we have to provide the UTP for claiming the TDS from F.Y.2011-12 onwards?? is it compulsory & if not then what is the other option? also does that mean that we are supposed to provide the certificate only from TIN-NSDL Site?

It is mandatory for ALL assessees to download Form 16A from NSDL website only.
So you will have to download the same which will bear the unique code.
