i had a doubt whether tds is applicable on supply of provisions (including supply of fresh water) to ships considering it as a works contract,pls guide me ......

19 April 2012 I believe its not a transaction attracting TDS. Doing business with a Company i.e. supplying provisions and water will not attract TDS.
