We give loan to business people and collect EMI, the customer deduct TDS on the EMI and later SUBMIT TDS certificate. Is there any time limit to claim TDS based on the certificate.

You have to claim the TDS by filing return of income.
The due date for filing return of income is 3oth September for assessees liable to tax audit and 31st July for others.
