CMA Sanjay Gupta as u've said that as the threshold limit of rs. 60 lacs is applicable from 1/4/2010, so my turnover for year ending
31/3/2010 was rs. 48 lacs and for the year ending 31/3/2011 its turnover is rs. 90 lacs,so now tds would be deducted for the year ending 31/3/2011????

U are liable to deduct TDS during the year 2010-11 as well because ur turnover is well above the threshold limit of 40 lacs applicable for the year ended 31.03.2010
In the year ending 31.03.2011 since ur turover is above 60 lacs hence u are liable to deduct tax in the year 2011-12 also
