suppose and employee leaves a company during the year.
now TDS to be computed for full year and deduct the average for the month he leaves or to compute taking his actual salary till date of leaving?

TDS to be deducted based on computation of average considering the period till the date of leaving as you can not be sure of his salary or income after he leaves and for later part it is the responsibility of the new employer to deduct TDS on his salary income.
