Hello,
My question is suppose a private LTD company has hired a hotel accomadation for conferance and paid Rs. 75,000 as hiring charges does it attracts TDS U/S 194I?

IF ACCOMMODATION IS TAKEN ON REGULAR BASIS THEN TAX IS DEDUCTIBLE UNDER SECTION 194-I SEE CIRCULAR NO 5/2002 DT 30-7-2002
