Dear Sir/Madam
I WANT TO KNOW THAT WE SHOULD DEDUCT THE TDS ON CONVEYANCE (IT COMES INTO TRANSPORTER OR NOT) AND HOW MUCH TDS WE SHOULD DEDUCTS.

in the case of payment to Transporter if they have PAN no. then no tds otherwise rate of tds is 20%

DEPENDS ON WHOM YOU ARE MAKING PAYMENT TO. BUT GENERALLY CONVEYANCE IS PAID TO STAFF AND HENCE TDS NOT TO BE DEDUCTED. BUT IF PAID TO TRANSPORTER 194C WILL APPLY.
