10 March 2010 1.Whether TDS has to be deducted for Interest paid on Private Finance.Eg: if the person has taken Term loan from L&T Finance Ltd, whether TDS should be deducted on the monthly interest payments.

2.Whether TDS to be deducted on Bills discounting charges paid to L&T Finance Ltd
