Hi, One of our new employee worked in Malaysia with other company up to dec 2016 , He joined our company from Feb 2017 with 60000 per month . Do we need to deduct TDS for him as he is in under 250000 limit, please give your valuable solution . Thank you

No need of TDS as his taxable salary income in India is less than 2.50 lacs.
