Dear Experts, in a Shopping Mall as a promotion activity and to attract customers gift vouchers are given to customers. The gift vouchers can be used by the customers in the list of shops mentioned in the gift vouchers. The concerned shops mentioned in the gift vouchers, gives discount to the customers as per gift vouchers and claim the discount given to the customers from the shopping mall. Whether TDS is to be effected by the shopping mall, while making payment to the concerned shops? If so at what rate?
