Please clear there is tds on Sale of agricultural land. If yes, then why.
I am living in village. My village is non Municipal corporation and population is less than 10000.But other MC village is near about 2KM.
Sale price of agricultural land is more than one crore.
please clear it asap.

Your land should be 8 kms away from municipal limits then only TDS not applicable.
