Dear expert
our company bus was send to repair the mechanic has given bill Rs.52440/- (included 14% vat), the material and service amount was 46000+6440,14% vat,
can i deduct TDS on whole amount RS. 52440/- and which section it will cover...

It will be covered u/s 194C you have to deduct for the whole amount.
