Is there any limit to deduct tds in case of transportation charges when the amount paid is small?

Hi Paresh,
TDS on transportation charges will come u/s 194C (contract payment) and limit is as under,
If total amount paid/ payable during the year exceeds Rs.75,000 or
single payment or bill exceed Rs.30000.
Rate of TDS,
If payee is Individual or HUF 1%
In all other cases 2%
