06 December 2013 A company has paid commission to the individual for helping in land settlement ,so whether TDS has to be deducted?
PLEASE CAN ANYONE REPLY IMMEDIATELY.

Is there any limit for Deduction .
And the company is in view that ,he is an individual and 1st time payment so need not to deduct.
IS it correct?

06 December 2013 Threshold limit is Rs 2500/- per annum. Si if payment is mire then 2500 tds to be deducted on entire amount.

So wat is the treatment?
