if tds is paid,then where does tds amt appear
in b/s & p/l under what head?

We deduct TDS and pay it to Govt so question of appearing in balance sheet does not arise.
TDS deducted which remains unpaid at the closing of FY appears in liability side of Balance Sheet being current liability.
