I am receiving rent of Rs 9000 per month. I am an individual having business income above taxable limit. The person paying rent is also an individual. Should i deduct TDS on the same? Above what amount of rent should i deduct TDS and at what percentage?

TDS not required to be deducted u/s 194I since the threshold limit for Rent is Rs 1.80 Lacs per annum which is not being crossed in your case.
