DEAR ALL,
A COMPANY HAVING TURNOVER MORE THAN 500 CR.
THERE IS PROVISION FOR TDS,IF CREDITORS TOTAL BILL CHANGED,E.G.IF A BILL SEND BY CREDITOR FOR RS.10000/-,COMPANY BOOKED BILL & TDS HAS BEEN DEDUCTED.AFTER TDS CHARGED ON BILL COMPANY NEGOTIATED WITH CREDITOR & MAKE THE BILL FOR RS.9000/-.
THEN WHAT ABOUT THE EXCESS TDS,HOW IT WILL APPLYING?

Incase you are not paid TDS you can reversed the TDS entry also
if tds paid, only you reverse the bill, tds will be shown as debit in party account and adjust further bills
