Can any one tell me if the company follow accural systme of accounting, then suppose if any bill of 15 April received on 15 May on which TDS applicable.
Then when will it will booked whether on 15 April or 15 May.
And when TDS shall be deposited.

As accrual system of accounting the bill shuold be account in 15th April only and tds need to be deducted whether bill credit to party account or payment which ever is earlier. so in this case tds need to be deduct 15 th April provided the payment not made earlier
