Taxability of receipts by non resident

If I am a Non Resident. I earned certain Income in the foreign country and want To remit the same to India. What will be the repercussions under FEMA and Income Tax Act? What precautions may be taken care of? Quote section if possible

As a non resident your foreign earned income remittance to your nre/nro account in India is not taxable in India and such remittance is allowed under FEMA.
