AN ASSESSEE HAS RECEIVED RS. 2,10,000/- IN AY 2016-17 FROM LIC. THE LIC WAS IS NAME OF HER FATHER AND HER FATHER PASSED AWAY IN 2010 SO THE MATURED VALUE OF RS. 210000/- WAS PAID TO THE ASSESSEE (DAUGHTER). SO IS IT TAXABLE IN AY 2016-17? IF YES, UNDER WHICH SECTION. PLEASE REPLY
