IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY TAX BEFORE DUE DATE AND FILE INCOME TAX RETURN AFTER DUE DATE?

Yes. You can do that. You can file IT belated return for AY 2013-14 till 31.03.2014 u/s 139(4) without any penalty.
You can file also after 31.03.2014 and on or before 31.03.2015 but a penalty of Rs 5000/- may be imposed by AO u/s 271F.
