03 October 2013 sir please suggest me what to do..am going to give my attempt of my CS-Executive module 1(old syllabus) in this december. I have joined in one coaching institute but there i cant understand Taxation. please help me..i don't even know any basics of tax..what should i do now. This attempt is very important for me.

Buy a good conceptual book which clear your concept and easy to understandable...

Girish Ahuja's book is good for the DT and IDT..
However, T.N Manoharan is another good option...

For wealth Tax follow the institute mat..
