If we purchase goods in Singapore and sale it in Manila and bill it from India,so is it Taxable in India or not???? and it is exempted then what papers are required to justify that it's exempted???

It is not at all taxable in India as it is an international trade not routed through India. Have order copies, shipment documents and customs documents of Singapore and Manila to prove the consignment not reached India.
