If i won 200000 amount in lattery .so i need to file return

You have to file the return since entire 2 lakhs is your taxable income.If you have NO other income, no need to pay tax since the tax payable on lottery income will be deducted at source.

TDS rate (194B) on lottery income and the special rate as per section 115BB are same. Hence question of REFUND doesn't arise.
