We are following Tally ERP 9, operate 3 companies. Currently method of stock valuation is Default. We want set to follow default FIFO method of stock valuation for 1 Company and for other 2 companies Default method of stock valuation. Have you any Idea

12 May 2012 You will have to change the method of stock valuation for each and every stock item.

First of all on the Gateway of Tally press F12: Configuration.

Select Accts/Inventory Info.

Under Inventory Masters mark "Allow ADVANCED entries in masters" as Yes.

Then go to Alter Stock Item. You will see a new column "Behaviour". Under Costing Method choose the method that you want to apply.
