Surrender of excise registration

28 October 2015 Sir, can we surrender our Excise registration in the middle of current F.Y. 2015-16. Now we are charging excise duty in our Sale Bills . But due to some unavoidable reasons we are unable to continous our company after Oct'2015. Please tell that what is the process for surrender the Excise registration?

30 October 2015 You can surrender your registration any time. After clear all liability you can surrender online and submit the hard copy of documents alongwith original RC before Division office.

30 October 2015 Sir, we have plan to sale our all machines/stock/Assests before 30th Nov. 2015, Neither We will have any building nor want to take on Rent any another, because our current building is on Rent, which agreement is finishing in Nov'15. We are registered with Excise in UP and our head office in Delhi.

Can we file our Excise return (for Month of Nov'2015) from our Head office? We want to surrender our Excise registration after filing of ER-i for the month of Nov'2015. Can Excise deptt. make any objection for no any office in UP after Nov'15?
