KINDLY LET ME KNOW THAT WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF SURRENDER OF ADDITIONAL PAN CARD.

there is no section in income tax act for surrender to pan no.. hence u can write a simple letter and surrender to pan

You should use the form 'application for change or correction in PAN data'. Pl see point no. 10 in that form where you can fill the additional PAN number you want to cancel. Tick the box in front of point No 10. For this following instructions are given by the department:
Additional PAN surrender :
Applicant is required to submit any one of the below document as proof of PAN in case of surrender of additional PAN :
1. Copy of PAN Card
2. Copy of PAN allotment letter/Intimation letter from Income Tax
