21 January 2015 My articleship is ending in Feb 2015 3rd week and now my employer is telling that my leaves are more than 1/6th period. But he says that he will count Sundays as well when I was on leave for my CA Final 2014 exams. I know that he is mistaken in this. but I am unable to find any regulation of ICAI on this. Pls help guys. Its very urgent.
