Sir, I want to know that the subsidy recd by the assessee from the the State/Central Govt.during F.Y 13-14 should be reduce the Capital assets for which it has recd or to account in the capital accounts of the assessee.

yes, you have to reduce it and with net off amount u have to capitalize.
